Content Strategist
Objective:
Develop high-quality, data-driven white papers and long-form content to establish thought leadership, support lead generation, and provide actionable insights for target audiences.
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Content Strategist, I led the creation of in-depth content that positioned clients as industry leaders and addressed critical pain points of their target audiences. These assets were also part of lead generation campaigns.
Actions Taken:
Audience Research: Conducted audience persona research and competitive analysis to identify key topics and questions relevant to decision-makers and industry stakeholders. Data collection sometimes was in form of interviews, exisiting data from our database or questionnares.
Content Creation: Developed detailed white papers, reports, and articles focused on trends, best practices, and actionable strategies in tech and e-commerce.
Data Integration: Incorporated proprietary data, case studies, and external research to provide credibility and depth to the content.
Design Collaboration: Worked with design teams to ensure visual representation of data (charts, graphs, infographics) aligned with brand identity and storytelling.
Promotion Strategy: Launched landing pages and campaigns around content assets, leveraging email marketing, social media, and paid channels to maximize reach and engagement, as well as downloads where necessary.
Results:
Increased lead generation by 35% through gated white papers and reports.
Boosted email open rates by 25% and click-through rates by 18% with content-driven campaigns.
Delivered a white paper that earned over 500 downloads in its first month, contributing to a 15% increase in MQLs.
